Changing the headunit
I have a 2006 gs300 without mark L and I was wondering if I can change my headunit to that one? And do I need any extra wires?? And does that mark L come w Bluetooth audio?

Very difficult, ive never seen anyone be successful at it. People run into issues just trying to replace basic radio and they run into issues with them. Even if you could get it done, I dont see much gain from it, as the ML radio have issues with amps and speakers foam coming apart. The non-ML is the most reliable
If you want a better radio might want to go with aftermarket.

2010-2011 will definitely not work since they switched over to fiber optic. Those 2 years are the only years that offer bluetooth audio streaming.
If you are looking for bluetooth audio streaming, you could buy an adapter like the vline unit or the vaistech module.
