Default Planning on buying 2011 Lexus GS 350

Hey yall
I am planning on buying this 2011 Lexus GS 350 from the lexus dealership. It has 73k miles and they are asking $16,000
Before I pull the the trigger I was hoping maybe someone could take a look at the service records and let me know if its a good deal or has been taken care of well.
The VIN is JTHBE1KS5B0053454

It looks like it has been serviced and taken care of well but thought Id get a second opinion. thanks!
Also it looks like I'll probably have to replace the water pump and spark plugs sometime soon? Flush and replace liquids?

you can look yourself at https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers. make an account and add the car to your garage- you can look at all lexus service records the car has. only lexus records tho.

I created an account and did take a look, however I have only ever bought new cars (corollas) so while the service records look good to me I don't really know what to look for .. etc, I was just looking for a second set of eyes.

cool i looked through the records, and it looks like it was extremely well maintained. nice one- owner vehicle! looks like all service was done on time. 2 separate recall procedures done- fuel pipe and timing gear, so thats good. it looks like the customer complained a few times about the passenger airbag pressure switch not operating properly, and it doesn't look like anything was ever resolved, but thats pretty minor i think. besides brake, tire and battery replacements, nothing else really stands out. Seems like it'd be a good bet. Too bad they took the DVD headrests out!

oh and the ad on the lexus dealership page lists Blind Spot monitors as an option, but I don't think the car has it.

did you look at the carfax?

If you're not like omg the 3GS is my dream car I must have the latest and the greatest then I would recommend getting a slightly older one for fraction of the price. 16k is a lot but the car is in very good shape. I see okay 07/08 for around 8k nowdays and a 2010 with 100k for 10k. At 16k there are much more room for depreciation, the 07/08 is the same car but for half the price

The dealer actually lowered the price to $15500. The problem is i need to buy a car in a week for work. I just moved to the area and have no car so that’s why I can’t really wait for a better deal and there aren’t too many Lexus GS for sale in good condition in Las Vegas right now that I can find. There are some older es 350 but I can’t really see myself being excited about owning an ES.

give them 14,500 and call it a day, these cars are bulletproof , 2010-2011 has the new better waterpump .....so you dont have to worry about all around a fast and reliable car

Recently purchased an 09 GSh w 60k miles, asking price was $11,9. I didn’t jump, I HOPPED on it. Comparing yours is 2 years newer with 12k more
miles, but also wont have a hybrid battery issue down the line, i’d say offer $15 and call it a day.

Well I am the proud owner of a 2011 Lexus GS 350. The final price was $15300 which I can live with. Kind of annoying was that they added the price of the window tint as accessory so that was $500 but oh well, i was going to tint the windows anyways I guess. The car was in amazing shape inside and out!
Anything I should keep in mind for this new Lexus owner? its at 73,000 miles. Does anyone have any good cellphone mounts they use that doesn't take up like half the window??
