Hey everyone, I recently bought a 2010 GS350 Black on Black and I was wondering if anybody is familiar with swapping out a engine and tranny from a gs460, to a gs350 same generation? is this possible? if so how hard is it to do?

For completly swap 350->460 (besides an engine and a gearbox) you need to change a propeller shaft, a rear crossmember with a diff and driven shafts, all body and engine wiring, install all hydraulic components of ECB (electronic brakes), install all components of VGRS (variable steering ratio). And much other...
As a result you need to change a half of vehicle.

Definitely not worth it. Enjoy the 350 for a while, then wait for the right 460 to show up. You'll be spending A LOT of money on something that's really not THAT much better. I chose the 460 over the 350, but there's no way I'd go through that for the improvements you get.
