OZONE

Hello all! I have an '08 GS350. Drivers side ventilated seats are not coming on (not working). I've checked all the fuses but wondering if there is a relay somewhere. Fans have been replaced and center console switch has been replaced with no luck. The heated part of the drivers seat works just fine. I have 12v to the wires and did a ohm test with the switch with it showing it changing the voltage as you turn the dial. But still no power to the fans. They don't come on what so ever
If I pull the 15 amp fuse for the passenger side it kills the seat heater and ventilator(which makes sense). I've searched this problem to death and can't seem to find a wiring diagram to trace this problem.

I know they suck and I know they don't put out much air but that's not my problem. I actually have fans that will not kick on when the dial is turned.
Any help and guidance would be awesome! Thanks in advance.

Would anybody have a wiring diagram? Think it's possible the 2nd center console switch I bought off of eBay is bad? I've pulled out the seat a few times now and checked continuity. Everything seems to be ok
