Bought a used 08 GS350, found a disconnected Rockford Fosgate in trunk
Hey Folks,
I recently bought a 2008 GS350 from a dealer w/o Mark Lev. Found in the trunk, disconnected a Rockford Fosgate P300-10/12 missing a 4-pin input plug, volume remote control, and metal bracket. Any thoughts as to why it's missing equipment? Should I try to get it hook it up or leave it be?

They probably had it to power a subwoofer, you would need to buy a subwoofer to use it. I wouldnt do that unless you made sure the amp was working. But if your stereo is fine without it I would just leave it alone and or remove it from the car and sell it.
Anytime you add any aftermarket electronics to your car, it adds to more possibility of electrical issues that can go wrong later.
