Default Blower Motor out?

I've got an 07 450h with 140k (i'm selling if anyone is interested) - recently heat/cool only works on 1 and never blows any stronger, even if put on high. This happened in another car of mine years ago and I think it was a blower motor that was out and fairly cheap/easy fix. ANyone know if this is the same, or is there a fuse or something to check first?

You can put a voltmeter to the wires of the blower, and verify if its getting power at all speeds. If theres power only on #1 and not others then its not a blower issue, if theres power in all the settings then it is a blower and you can replace or see if theres corrosion that formed in the connections.

The blower in under the cabin filter which it easily accessible. There is a cover at the back of the glovebox. It will be too narrow to access or swap the blower, but it could help you see some screws or give you some ideas on what to remove to access it.

Honestly I never had this issue, so I cant tell you. But many cars you can access the wires to the blower if you just look under the passenger side of the dash. As paulo stated its under the cabin filter, you will see a round plastic cylinder protruding from the ac blower housing the blower, usually at the bottom you will find wires coming out of it, and those are the wires to test.
