Default Cylinders 1 and 2 misfire after changing spark plugs and valve cover gasket

I'm getting misfires in cylinders 1 and 2 after changing all 6 spark plugs and both the driver and passenger side valve cover gaskets. The driver's side valve cover gasket is leave oil out of the rear and most driver side corner. Cylinder 2 is most towards the front of the driver's side 3 cylinders and Cylinder 1 is the most towards the front of the passenger side 3 cylinders.

This is the code

This is cylinder 1's data for misfires

This is cylinder 2's misfire data

Remove the plugs on the coils, and make sure the rubber seal is seated properly inside the clip and there are no oils or fluids inside the connections. Also did you spray any cleaners inside the plugs?

So confusing...

Are you saying you still have oil leak in your valve gaskets after replacing them?

Also, did you replace the Spark Plug Tube Seals/Grommets?
Take out the cylinder 1 & 2 spark plugs and check for oil.
If you didn't sit (install) the spark plug tube seals correctly and oil gets in,
you will get misfire.

Did you check the spark plug gaps before installing?
Usually they come pre-set, but if you bump the tip during the install,
you could have changed the gap.

You can also try to swap both spark plug and ignition coil another cylinder
and see if the misfire moves with it. If so, then just swap the ignition coil
with another cylinder. This way you can pinpoint the problem plug/coil.

Please note that this didn't happen until I changed the valve cover gasket, the spark plugs, and the spark plug tube seals. The spark plugs are brand new and I pulled them out to check them and they are totally fine. The tube seals are working perfectly and no oil is getting into the tubes. I messed up the driver's side gasket because I got an oil leak but the passengers side has no leaks. Not sure what you mean by, "Remove the plugs on the coils, and make sure the rubber seal is seated properly inside the clip and there are no oils or fluids inside the connections." I'll attach a picture of both coils for better reference. I did not spray anything onto the coils or spark plugs or spark plug tubes. The only cleaners I have used were throttle body cleaner for the throttle body and mass air flow sensor cleaner for the mass air flow sensor.

I have an oil leak on the driver's side valve cover gasket. I'm pretty sure I messed up installing the new valve cover gasket on the driver's side because of how tight the squeeze is and how challenging it is to get back on. I also probably over tightened on the driver's side but the passengers side has no leaks.

The tube seals are dry, no oil getting in there anymore. I installed the tube seals correctly. I'm gonna swap the plugs/coils once I get this new gasket on the driver's side. Thank so much for your help. I appreciate it.

Let's logically break this down...

1. Car was working fine, and Cylinder 1 & 2 misfires after this work,
so something was introduced. Just the small valve cover oil leak
(and not the plug tube leak) usually do not cause misfire.

2. Tube seal was the most likely guess since it was replaced,
and oil leak into spark plugs will definitely cause misfire.
If you open up the valve cover again, check the plug tube seals while at it.

3. Also, plugs are pre-gapped, but a minor bump on the top will change the gap.
This happens often when people drop the plug into the hole, and that's why
plug sockets usually have either magnet or rubber tip inside to hold the plug.
I would definitely check the gap.

4. If all the above checks out, then the best way to troubleshoot the misfire is to
swap parts (plug, coil, fuel injector) to another working cylinder. If you swap the
plug and problem moves, then it's the plug (potentially bad gap since it's new).
If you swap the plugs but problem remains, then swap the coil next. If problem
moves, then the coil or connector is bad, or the coil wasn't plugged in properly
to the plug, or coil plug was not sitting in all the way.

BTW, you can use electronic parts cleaner to clean the metal contacts on coil
and coil connector as well. Even minor things like greasy hands contaminating
the connection portion can mess it up.

If swapping plug and coil didn't move the problem, then you'll have to swap the fuel injector.

But because you said, all was working just fine, I'm thinking one of the connections that you
disconnected and then put back isn't sitting in properly or the wire or connector got contaminated
or damaged.

Good luck and keep us posted!!
