Lightbulb Advice on a Lexus GS450h

Hey guys, kinda a long read, but I wanted to include the history.

Long time lurker here. Awesome forum for those passionate about their Lexus cars. I've held a an affinity for them since the LS400 1995 refresh. I took notice of the cars around 1998. I finally got my first one in 2017. Totaled that one before I made the second payment. Two months in a rental I found another GS450. Two months into having it I careened off the road in a hairpin curve. I didn't know they had changed the traffic pattern on that stretch of highway. I came back in the lane of traffic behind the car I was behind...wild. That was April of 2018. it did around 3000k damage. NEEDLESS to say. I've put 5 sets of tires on the car in three years. I bought it with 140,000 miles, it now has 266,889. Last year I finally contacted Geico and I told them that since that wreck the car had never aligned right. They instructed me to take it to the nearest Toyota Dealership. Toyota concluded that there were (three seized bolts) and they had to be heated to loosen. It aligned to spec and everything seemed well. I'm at the point where this car is stealing my joy. The seats are worn out, they were dry rotted when I got the car but I was in love. Now they look like yellow seats with some leather barely hanging on. The audio system has never played near audiophile grade. (I replaced the center channel from a salvage GS). The car evidently sat in the sun ungaraged for 11 years when I took ownership. That would explain the interior woes and center channel speaker. The back deck speakers were busted when I bought it. I have the fade completely up front with the treb, mid, and bass all the way down and it will sound decent to front occupants.

Well it was time for tires yet again so two weeks it got a new set of Toyo Proxies. I have a bent rim somewhere on the car. They said that it needed $700 worth of suspension work. Right front upper and lower ball joint and new tie rods. That is also the wheel well that this thub thub thub thub noise is comes from. I can tell it is eating up that tire. I cringe when driving at highway speeds. This is my daily driver.

I probably won't replace it with anything near the class of that car. I'm thinking of going back to a Prius. My question to you guys: Do I sell it AS-IS (power-train, engine, and tranny are super.) Again it has 266,889 miles on it. Do I put work into a paid for 14 year old third gen GS or do I cut my losses. If I do, what is the least amount you think is fair? I don't think lower than $5300. Tax value is $6,999. Any and all comments are welcomed. Thanks for letting me post.

Your car has been through a lot and if the alignment is OK now, and there's just a $700 bill left to make things right, that's not much for a car with high running costs. I hear you on the seats and the sound system, but as I don't precisely know what they look like, if you are able to bear with all of this, the hybrid battery still works, the engine doesn't burn oil and the headlights are still good, you could make another 50-100k miles with it.

If you think you could get the right amount of money from it that could allow you to buy another car that better suits you (and maybe one in better shape), selling it would be a good idea.
