Default Voltage reads 11.98

2010 gs350 50k miles original equipment garaged and replaced battery just 2 months ago, second in 3 years we've owned it.
I thought mid 13's is a healthy level but now in 11's? now I'm concerned. Alternator time?
And I had just gotten off the highway when my friend tested it.
On a side note, had the break fluid flushed and the wheels were never taken off. I remember helping back in the day pressing down break pedal bleeding breaks, they don't do that now? Lexus dealership said no.
thanks guys

Yes time for a new alternator, when a alternator is weak it will kill your battery and starter. Ide buy only oem or denso or even denso reman alternator.

may the end of the day it’s just an alternator. Buy what you feel comfortable spending. Personally get one off rock auto

denso reman after returning core is $150 great price. But maybe trying a local auto parts store that way he doesnt pay to ship the core back maybe a better option as they sell denso remans aswell.

$210 OEM and my friend installed it, wow the back bolt was a PAIN to get to. Had just switched to another new battery (Costco) before getting there, very happy now

If the Voltage reads 11.98 with the engine on, then it's time for a new alternator.
It should read 14V and change with a good alternator.
I left stranded on the road a few weeks ago because the alternator was failing.
The car was stalled and the dashboard lights lit up like Xmas tree.
