Never mind . . . . . after research this is not the water pump, but the timing chain cover . . . . . crap!

I've had a small oil leak under my car for a couple years. Right side, front. I've had the valve cover gasket replaced, didn't fix it. I replaced the banjo washer on the oil line, didn't fix it. It appears it is coming from the water pump gasket. Is that possible?

Are you 100% sure it is coming from the timing cover? I had an oil leak which appeared to come from the timing cover, but it turned out to be a front crankshaft seal and a super easy repair.
If your timing cover is leaking, some say it is possible to replace it, without removing the engine. The dealer calls for engine removal just to reseal it. I would grab a wrench and just snug up those 3 bolts near to the leak and just drive it but keep an eye at the oil levels.
I have tried to tighten up the bolts. Hard to get too because there's a box mounted in front of them. I don't see oil coming from anywhere else, so I didn't think about the seal.
I'm wondering if pulling the bolts and shooting some gasket seal into them, then replacing the bolt would push seal into the cracks. What do you think?

That would be a bad idea to break the bolts loose, then you risk breaking the seal on the whole cover. I would just leave it! Or what you can try is quickly roughing up the metal with 36 grit sand paper, use brake clean the remove all oil residue. Then use JB weld to seal the leak and a bit past it. It may or may not stop the leak but atleast it would slow it down
