New Battery New Alternator Still Not Charging 2007 GS 350 Please help !!!!
My alternator is not charging on my 2007 GS 350, i took it out and tested and it says it was a good alternator, I'm also not getting the (check charging system light or battery light not coming on ). I decided to just replace the battery and alternator since I took the old one out. When I replaced them it was still not charging and the battery was completely dead. I also noticed my park asst, park lights, turning signals, speed sensor, and gear position sensor wasn't working either, the green light that usually turns on depending on the gear you are wont turn on. I got a few codes but those codes are coming on because somehow they are not getting power, also my power steering is also really hard, it is as if all those are not getting power somehow. I have checked the fusible link and is good, I tested and it tested good, I have checked all fuses on the car, front passenger and driver side, inside the car left and right, and the one in the trunk, they all are in good condition...ECU is good, is there two fusible links ?? on the wires but I can't find it... the only fusible link I know is the one on the Right front fuse box.. ?? I really need help !!! $ 1700 down the drain !!!

Sounds like a bad ground aswell! But before you drop any money on parts make sure you properly diagnose the issue. Grab a multimeter, put the ground on the body and the positive on the lug coming off the alternator. If there isnt 13 or 14 volts coming out then grab a jumper cable wire put the negative on the battery post, and the other end on the alternator it self and test the power see if the alternator kicks on.
Also follow the negative wire leads from the battery to all the ground to chassis make sure there nice and tight.
Before you think of buying any parts! Take the car to your nearest mechanic and pay for an hours of diagnostics.

Did you get a chance to look at any fuses/fuse links and wiring around the fuse boxes for rodent damage with all that random part changing going on??
