Default Help please

Okay I have a 2006 Lexus gs430 bought it from a tow truck auction. Just started digging into it and I am not getting power at all to the dash. I'm getting power at the fuse box getting power at the battery. when I turn on headlights there's no headlights or interior lights push to start button does not light up. but the electronic seat controls work nothing else in the car is functional. There was no key. So i called a locksmith had him come make the key but he could not program it because he said the OBD was not communicating to the computer please help?

The fusible link is fine I checked it. It has a brand new battery it did not come with a key so I went and got a key made but it cannot be programmed because the OBD under the dash for some reason is not communicating to the locksmiths computer so he could program the key. Could it be the immobilize. And the car has had some work done to it it is airbag suspension all the way around. After market head unit. And that's the only things I can see that have been done oh and headlight upgrades

Try this, grab a jumper cable put one end on the negative and the other end any metal on the body. Maybe you have a ground issue! If the car starts then you can examine all the ground points.

Also are the battery terminals nice and solid, check the clamping of the terminal. Also you can remove the lug on the terminal to clean under it.

I think I may have found something that might be causing it not to just circulate the power in the trunk on the right hand side if you're at the back of the car the wiring harness behind the carpet panels there's a wiring harness with a plug on it mine only one wire is connected to the plug all the rest have been cut does anyone have a picture of this wiring harness on the right hand side behind the carpet it's a little rectangular plug from what I see the wires don't match up so I think they may have splice this one in or tried to
