If you let U-Haul have you car for two to three days in Tempe, AZ, they will fabricate and install a custom hitch at no charge. That is not something I am willing to do, however.

I have been looking for one. Any of the trunk mounted ones will abuse the body work. I am waiting for someone to offer a trailer hitch for the GS-F so that I can use a hitch mounted rack. Until that is available, I'll use my SC400 to travel with my bike.

That is what I do with my Acura TL right now. I actually prefer it, and it was something I was going to require trying before I purchase my GS. If I just have to carry my bike I prefer it to be in the trunk, other wise I just worry too much, especially every time I have to stop and go in some where. Plus I also have a recurring nightmare where I get rear ended with it on a rack and my insurance companies comes up with some fine print that says they will not cover anything not in the car. Like when my car was broken into and they would not cover my CDs unless they were in the trunk.

Not really sure that a mountain bike with 29" wheels will fit. Plus, when the bike gets really dirty, I hate getting dirt all over the trunk.

Been looking for this myself! I can put my wife's skis through the passthrough, but no way my board wil fit through that tiny hole. Both Thule and Yakima have nothing so far. I'm sure in time!

Or pull a trailer (?), U-Haul now shows a hitch for both the RWD and AWD models on their web site.

By the way, for those looking a roof rack- search craigslist for Saris roof rack. Saris quit making roof racks but they can be found used on ebay and craigslist.
Use a national craigslist search engine like search tempest.
Look for 48" bars- any clips will work well enough.

I just found out yesterday that my Curt Mfg hitch from my 2008 GS 350 should is the same part number for 2013. I am having one of my techs install it today. I'll post if it works.
