Here is my current progress, currently working on sanding the doors and painting them and them finishing the interior before turning it on and hoping no airbags explode

Looks great. Did you take any spec measures? Like the I-CAR body shop measures?

Nope we just pulled a little at a time and once it looked close to right we put the doors on like 10 times and adjusted them until it fit nicely.
