Default Exhaust

So im looking to make my gs louder but idk what to do. Should i just do a muffler delete and add vibrant resonators or buy an axleback and vibrant resonators.
I want good tone and dont want my neighbors to hate me when i start the car. Any suggestions?

I don't have personal experience, but based on many forum posts/threads on this topic, if you're looking for sound, the Borla Axel back seems to fit most folks desire for extra growl:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...s-invidia.html

Tanabe's Axel back is also another popular option (sounds more subtle compare to others) but folks with first-hand experiences will certainly chime in...

I got the invidia axleback and it’s not awful but go with the borla I have never personally heard it in person but the reviews are way better.

What is your budget and what is your definition of "good tone"? Do you want a mellow rumble or aggressive rasp? How much more volume than stock are you looking for?

With an unlimited budget, I'd have one of the JDM loop muffler axlebacks (Suruga Speed, Aimgain, Sense Brand). However, if I had that kind of money, I would have bought a GS-F.

Suruga Speed (these are videos of an RC 350, but they should sound very similar) - https://www.topendmotorsports.com/le...less-12107.php
Suruga Speed
Sense Brand (note, this car also has their midpipe, which drastically increases volume and rasp) - https://www.topendmotorsports.com/le...t/sense-brand/

For quietest and most mellow, I believe people go with Tanabe/Revel - https://www.topendmotorsports.com/le...less-19113.php

Hey guys, curious if anyone can suggest an option for a quad tip exhaust system, which would be just slightly louder than the stock system, and where a proper diffuser can be purchased for it?

Two things that put a smile on my face every time. One when the trans kicks down and the intake sound generator roars. Next a car that handles like it's on rails while doing what I mentioned above. Too bad this platform doesn't have may options for suspension mods. Has any one tried a GSF steering ECU? I'm assuming it's has the type of connections.

Over on the 2IS section the IS-F ECU is still better than the stock F-sport ECU. Another does anyone know if the 4GS Fsport has a steering wheel damper weight? I'd like my steering a little heavier.

I agree with you!

So there is actually a good amount of suspension mods available. So far I have RSR best*i coilovers, Ultra Racing - Front upper strut tower bar, front 4 point sub frame brace, front lower tie bar, mid 3 point sub frame brace, exhaust tunnel brace, rear subframe brace, Toms rear upper strut tower bar, Super pro rear adjustable sway bar, and Figs LCA bushings. I'm waiting for the following to arrive - Hard Race front sway bar, Toms GSF mid cross member brace (fits the 350) and Ultra Racing rear lateral braces! Lets count the forged light wheels too because they made a difference as well.
