Gs350 headlights help

Hello friends
so I have a Lexus gs350 2013 tech package which got into a little accident and the passenger side headlight was broken along with the bumper and fender.
I have trying to find a headlight for an affordable price with with adaptive and night vision but so far couldn’t find one when I can across a headlight from a 2014 gs350 f sports model at a reasonable price. So far I don’t know if it has adaptive and night visions capability.

so my question to you friends is
can I use just one headlight from a 2014 f sports on my tech 2013 tech package ? Are they same lights ? Is the light gonna match with my driver side headlight which is orignal and wasn’t damaged due to the accident ?
please help it will be really appreciated.
