Is it generally safe to get spark plugs changed at a toyota dealer or generic shop?

1. I have a 2015 GS350 AWD and with 110,000KM, and spark plugs have never been changed. Do I need to change mine? Online maintenance schedule says change at 96,000KM.
2. Would even Canadian Tire or generic mechanic shop be be safe enough to get the plugs changed?

I changed them at almost 150K miles and car was still running great.
