Can someone recommend a bolt-on rear caliper upgrade ?

I want to upgrade my rear caliper from 1 piston to 2 piston caliper. I saw this person had it done

Can someone recommend which caliper would fit ? (please don't tell me this car doesn't need the upgrade, I know what I am asking for)

u can do rr racing concept caliper upgrade, plus that video u showed he didnt change the caliper only painted the front caliper.

Use the OEM GS-F / RC-F caliper and rotor with this bracket:

Yep that's the Rear upgrade short of buyng $2k plus aftermarkets.
