Hey everyone,
Our 2014 GS 350 needs 2 pulls of the passenger door handle to open. The door will partially open on the first pull, but it will catch on the latch.

Interestingly, if you grab the handle pressing your thumb on the base of the handle mounted to the door first and pull the actual handle with your other fingers just a fraction of a second after, the door will open the first time without any problems. Any thoughts on what's going on?

Lol doesn’t matter how hard you pull. It still happens.

You probably have to take the door panel off to investigate. The door handle and lock use cables to operate.
