Factory Navi in non-nav car? And other infotainment questions

I just bought a 2014 GS350 that does not have navigation. More importantly, the bluetooth does not work. If I try to connect something via bluetooth best case scenario it just does nothing (car not visibile to any of my devices), but sometimes it even crashes the whole system. My cd player/hvac controls are the P10654 variant if that is relevant.
My questions are:
-Will replacing the CD player/HVAC control section of the infotainment resolve my bluetooth problem (is that where the bluetooth module is)?
-Do I have to use another P10564 or are they cross compatible?
-Can I pull from a car that had nav? Will I then have nav? Would it work but not enable nav, or will it just not work at all?
-I've seen the other threads showing upgrades to the 2015 and 2017 versions of the infotainment, can I do that upgrade and also enable nav? is it possible to do that upgrade without nav?
Thanks in advance for any help you all may be able to give me.

I have only heard of one other GS 350 that did not have a Navigation system. I guess that truly is a 'Base' model GS 350 with no options added, including no optional Navigation system. That is truly a rare GS 350, but not one that most people would want. Most GS 350 models, at minimum, were ordered with the NAV system and almost always they were ordered with the Premium package option too, which included heated front seats, rear sunshade and rain sensor wipers along with typically a few other options. Usually dealers also added options along with the Premium package to include Parking Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, etc.
I don't know what cabling and equipment might already be pre-installed which might easily be enabled without adding major new equipment. I'm guessing the NAV system and maybe the head unit and even the HVAC might all interconnect for the Bluetooth to be used as designed. If what you want to do is possible and reasonable, we have some guys here that will know...

Yeah, it's kind of painful being on these forums and seeing all the features that my car is NOT equiped with. But the price was right, so I'll just have to make do for now.
I care more about resolving my bluetooth problem than I do about the navigation, but I figured that if I was going to be swapping parts anyway I wondered if it would be worth it to upgrade at the same time.

My 2016 200t had the smaller screen and no Nav. I installed the larger screen / nav head unit and everything worked perfectly. I think the tendency is to have everything pre wired to prevent 10x as many harness combinations but there's no guarantee until you try it out. I bought from eBay sellers that had a return policy just in case. Good luck!

If you haven't resolved the bluetooth, and haven't replaced your head unit, you can always get a bluetooth adapter and connect it via the aux 3.5mm in your armrest for now.

909, I've been using the aux for music in the mean time but of course it doesn't work for calls.
jgscott, do I even have a hard drive without the nav? regardless I'd love to add nav if it isn't too much work but my priority is getting bluetooth.

Independant of the nav vs no-nav, does anyone know if the P106XX numbers on the front of the radios are interchangeable/cross compatible? Car-part.com list 6 different variants and of course mine, P10654 is the only one with zero listings.
Really trying to avoid taking it to my local dealer and paying their labor rates to diagnose this problem, let alone fix it, but it's starting to feel like that's going to be my only option.

Well guys, it worked! I swapped my standard, non-Mark Levinson, non-GPS P10654 radio and my 8in display to a Mark Levinson Navigation-enabled P10636 radio and 12.3in display and everything worked just fine! I now have GPS, and, more importantly, I have bluetooth! Besides the radio and the display the only other part that I needed to change was the trim piece around the display.
