This guy is a respected toyota expert mechanic with a lot of personal experience at a toyota dealership:
He says to make the GS350 last 300,000miles, you have to do these regularly from the beginning:
Engine Oil - 5k miles or 6 months
Transmission Fluid - 60k miles or 6 years
For AWD: Differential fluid - 60k miles or 5 years
Power Steering - 50k to 70k miles
Coolant - 50k miles or 5 years Brake Fluid - 3 to 5 years
Spark Plugs - 120k miles or 10 years
I agree with the items that match lexus schedule. But should I really do Trans fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid, every 60,000 miles? Thoughts?
Anybody have personal experience with issues with their GS350 after 120,000miles?
I feel like the more people let a mechanic touch their car, the more issues they get because they mechanics are not detailed and perfect in their work.

Looks sensible and I like this guy's videos as a non-mechanic who fumbles my way through some DIY maintenance on my GS. Others on here who are expert mechanics may have additional advice.
GS has electric power steering so the power steering part doesn't apply. Differential advice would be the same for RWD model.
Spark plugs are the subject of much hilarious debate on here. Manufacturer says 60K miles, iridium plugs are supposed to last 100K miles, some posters (especially one endearingly grouchy one - he knows who he is) says they can go for 250K miles.

But I trust this youtube toyota mechanic more than anyone so far. He's worked on the actual cars at a toyota dealership for years. I agree with the items that match lexus schedule. But I question if I should I really do Trans fluid, differential fluid, every 60,000 miles?
