I saw a Youtube video on how to disable the ability to unlock the door without using the key or pressing the key fob unlock button on an older model Lexus. Is there a way to do the same on a 2018 GS350?

Disablabling "Access System with Elec Key" ( in door lock settings ) is said to prevent relay hacks.

You lose the ability to touch your door handle to unlock.

Your safest bet is to park inside a garage. They can't steal it , if they can't access it.
