GS - 4th Gen (2013-2020) Discussion about the 2013 and up GS models

Is this CarFax good? There don't seem to be many oil changes done, why is that?

OP: This one might be worth checking out in your area. 1 owner dealer serviced with Luxury package and ML.

That's a good find!

So compare 2 different GS's?

- One has 4 owners and missing records for 12-14k oil changes sometimes.

- The other one as all consistent oil changes documented and 1 owner. I know which one I choose.

We agreed on 16,999 before tax but I'll try to take it down even further. Deal isn't final so i can back out whenever.

found another one with low-ish miles with a great price, but there are no oil changes documented. Could it be that the owner did them all himself?

Hope if you do buy this one you have it checked out as others suggested also. There can be some little things that go wrong with a GS. One is the Blend door a/c problem that is very expensive to have fixed.

Ouch. Could you give more specifics on the problem? I heard that on some GS's the door lock actuator fails, not sure if that's what you're talking about.

Yeah, it does have a lot less miles thought. I could stretch my budget if I needed to. Fellow Plano resident

$9k more for the lower miles and Lux package, and I suspect a more desirable color.

I prefer the brown color over the white anyday tho, the brown looks really nice in person and it's unique compared to white which is everywhere. But the color isn't that big of a factor for me

@Amisdia - If that's the case then you probably should go with the one you made the agreement on for $17k.

FYI - The Fire Agate Pearl (brown) color (Lexus Color Code # 4V3) is quite rare and you'll probably never find another GS 350 in that same color. So, go for it!

Just so you know, out of 233 GS 350 owners participating in a poll of their exterior color there were only 3 people, representing just 1.29% of the participants, reported having the Fire Agate Pearl exterior color.

Yeah, we'll see though! If I could pick up a lower miles one for not much more, I'd probably end up going with that. I saw one at the Land Rover dealer in Fort Worth with 67k miles going for $20,800, and also the one at Park Place with 36k miles and the luxury package is super tempting. I'll have to work a deal on each and proceed from there! I just love the fire agate pearl color though, it looks so pretty when the sunlight hits it, but it looks really stealthy otherwise!
