Hi, idk if someone already talked about this could not find it here but, did someone try to take the catback exhaust from GSF and smack it on the GS350? From pictures those mounting bracket looks to be on the same place but not sure if they would fit. i mean the chassis should be almost the same so would there be some problems can it be done, did it someone? Thanks.
Yes have looked at this a few times myself. Parts of it anyway. The Midsection crosser merge section is a bigger (longer) unit on the GS F, likely to control noise more from the V8. The other problem is the muffler exit tips. They are double stacked tips. So they wont fit the holes in the rear diffuser were our tips are different.
yes i noted those double stacked tips but there are some aftermarket rear diffs that would allow for this type of an exhaust, but what about those curves and brackets thats is my thought, do you know how much longer is the midpipe? Or if atleast axleback would fit to the 350 midpipe. So the only option we have is to try it and as i can see nobody tried it probably
@Wotan2666 not sure if the conversion can be done in the older GS, or AWD but definitely 2016 -2020 GS. GSF bumper, bracket is required and spare tire wheel well needed some adjustment. Most parts I purchased are mostly from local FB market except bumper trims from the dealer.
While the bumper is down I’ve replaced the side reflector with drl led rear bumper light reflectors which enhance the visibility of the car.

Don't like the Idea of hammering the body so they fit there, I was hoping, that because the exhaust from GSF is "cheap" that this would be a good option. I must say it looks good, but if I have to modify the body and also buy a new bumper that is around 1000 USD plus some small stuff then it does come to the 2000 USD plus, already got the diffuser at home and was playing with in and how to put it on the bumper but for that money I can buy APEXI N1 with some cool aftermarket diffuser without hammering the body.
It’s not as bad as you think most part I’ve purchased used GSF with less than 60k miles and didn’t spent over 1K. Painting was the most expense doing the conversion Just have to be patience looking for used parts. Good luck!

So you got diffuser only (lower part)? Please let me know how it goes attaching it to the bumper.
I am with you on the fact that adding whole bumper to the mix is not economical and also in Europe there is not so easy access to used GSF parts hence high prices.

tell me about it, I'm from Switzerland and know this problem that we have with parts, there are few GSF driving around in EU so its difficult, as of the bumper will make some photos of the GSF Diffuser and GS350 bumper
