Time to move on
Sold my 2018 gs 350 f sport this weekend with just 57000. I could never feel comfortable driving it around so i trade it in. I told myself there would be two car that ill drive, a lexus or a camaro so i got me a 2023 v8 camaro. Last time i had a v8 was in 1995 and i kind of miss that. Gs would been my last car but couldn't take the way it drove. Good group of guys here with lots of info hopefully the next forum has something as close to this one. Thank you gs forum

It just like i never felt in control of the car. Windy day was bad just trying to keep in control. First car that i felt this way. I had a 78 cutless, 88 iroc 2000 lexus gs, 2013 and 2018 but with the 2018 i never felt like i was in control.

I'd like to have a 1967-68 Camaro (with total modern suspension) with a powerful eCrate EV motor.
I truly love the sound of a high-compression V8 engine with solid lifters singing like a sewing machine and the lopey idle of a high-lift cam, but that would come with a loud exhaust and poor fuel millage. I like the idea of sneaking up on someone in EV stealth mode in a late 1960s muscle car with a high-torque EV motor capable of under 10 second ¼ quarter mile!

Not for anything, I am by no means a car enthusiast who has a YouTube channel reviewing cars and such, but I think the GS (450h) is the best driving car I have ever owned. But besides by 1976 Buick Regal and 1972 Volkswagen Beetle, I have had all FWD vehicles. The RWD GS is such a nice car with no torque steer. I am driving my Father’s 2005 Buick LeSabre for a bit, and man, that thing floats like a battleship. It is a cruiser, but a floating cruiser.

GM now has an ecrate (crate EV motor) conversion available to convert cars and trucks from ICE to EV.

i know it had a problem but for some reason lexus tech didnt think so. I had two options put money into it with different suspension or sell it. It was a very hard choice because i did really love that car. Didnt want to put 6 or 7 thousand into the suspension and nothing change.
At the end of the day like you said you moved on. That's a nice Camaro you have. Keep in touch here still.
