Default Screeching noise from front driver side wheel when making a right turn

Of course, I have checked, and there is nothing sticking to the wheel. The noise is more prominent on cold start. Any ideas about what could be the problem?
Going to the dealership today to get it checked. Since the Lexus is out of any factory warranty being 7 years old, would you recommend any non-dealership places to get Lexus repaired and serviced?

If sound is like a brake pad wear indicator (weak squeak), Could be small stone caught between the dust shield and the rotor. It's happened to me several times with my GS

It's the brakes, remove the caliper and rotor, give it a good clean. Yes, the sound happens even when not applying the brakes.

Yes, it was the brakes, noise was from metal on metal, rotors were gone.
