Vibration First 5 Miles ???

2017 Lux with Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires with 25,000 miles on them. I noticed a vibration so I had them Road Force balanced. Tech said 2 were needing balancing. Since then I notice the car still has a slight vibration every time I drive it for the first 5 miles or so and then it is almost completely smooth. The vibration is definitely tire/suspension related as it doesn't matter whether I'm coasting or accelerating; in Drive or in Neutral. It reminds me of the old bias tires after they had set up for a few days and started out-of-round. Any suggestions to the issue?

What tire pressure are you maintaining? If it borders on the low side of the recommended air pressure, what you're experiencing might very well be the result of minuscule flat spots. I suspect diving a few miles at city speeds, it probably would never be noticed.

Keeping at least 36 PSI and have actually tried 32-40 and there seems to be little distance in the starting miles. My 2nd set of these tires and never had anything bad until this started at about 22-23,000 miles.

My car does the same thing when it has sat for a few days. Once it warms up, they are fine until I let is sit for a few days again. I think short sidewall tires are more prone to it. My wife's Honda with taller, cheaper tires doesn't do it.

That's the strange part... I drive this car daily; its not after sitting for a few days. And, I've never had this with the P7's before. I thought maybe it was broken belts, knots, or some other issue someone on the forum had experienced as well. I'd consider new tires, but if its not a safety issue it seems a waste. Thanks for replying!

If it were mine and I had a lift, I'd put it up off the ground and see if it does it afterward. You could also just jack up the front or the rear overnight and see if it is half as bad.

It is sitting overnight (garaged). And, IIR it seems to be felt in both seat and wheel, but I'll try to check tomorrow and determine if it felt both places. Haven't thought of jacking it up and leaving it over night. I've never had this issue before, so a lot of ideas to consider. Thanks!
