I’ve been after this brake squeak for months. Tried several brake pads (traversed back to oem) and finally caving in to the $500 oem rotor. I do the work myself, Lexus master mechanic grease and anti squeal shim method, brakleen etc. I’m pretty sure I’m doing it right. It’s to the point where I hear a brief squeak once every few trips. Unacceptable!, I thought. It squeaked one morning just after I left the house on an empty road, and both times I was in the car line picking up kids (1week apart). So it’s not a cold start layer of moisture or dust on the rotor. The car line takes 30+ min. I’m starting to believe it’s when to brakes are very cooled down/cold. With the exception of 1 night I made a right turn into a parking spot for a total of 4 squeaks in a 10 day span. Anyway, it’s better to have them squeak cold then warm. I think at this point I’m being too picky. If any suggestions, I’m open ears. If 4 piston calipers and large rotors are just this way. I suppose I have to finally except that.

I don't think the GS brake noise is that bad. They are high performance brakes and stops well. My RC F brakes squeals, squeaks, growls, hums like crazy especially when it's really hot outside. They're Brembo 6-pistons and it's embarrassing if I'm stuck in a bumper to bumper traffic. This car is not made for that!

ok, I feel much better about it, thanks. After all the f sport is infamous for squeaking. I read every single thread on it. The gs f sport has won this war. I’ve ripped apart my glove box, ac registers, dash, cup holder, secret compartment, all for door panels, both B pillars. Window controls, garage cluster for rattling. So I’ll continue that war. But the car can be quite rattle free with some effort, rather than turning up the music. For any one else that if bothers.
