Can't remember the brand name, something off-brand I think. TPMS actually works unlike the GS. Tires should be at 33 PSI in this car but they're running around 35 so a little high but not enough to make a real difference in the ride I don't think.

@gs350noob The Camry is a great car. I had an 07 V6 prior to my GS. Enjoy it maybe we'll see you in a GS again someday
I don't get the "Ain't no way joke", I'm a bit thick sometimes.

I'm happy to have any car with one of the 2GR FE varieties. Smooth effortless power feels so much better than a 4 banger + turbo to me. I know the Accord 2.0t would smoke it but I'd rather have this engine.

@gs350noob - Just so you'll know the VVT rattle on startup that @Mangsailor is referring to is actually caused by a worn VVT controller actuator pin not always engaging at cold start-up, making a really loud noise I'd describe more like shaking a metal can full of marbles really fast. A sizeable number of Camry V6 engines have had this happen after clocking a healthy number of miles.

The ride should still be ok with good quality name brand tires, and the correct air pressure still. Most likely that's the problem with the ride quality right now. 18" can ride good, and 2 psi over can make a difference.

BTW: I did not get the "Ain't no way joke" either?

That V6 Camry will likely smoke 1/2 of the GS350's here that are getting old are not well maintained here right now. Yea "Way" lol! The Camry would also take that Accord too on the Top end.

It could also be just the VVT solenoid, needing to be pulled out and cleaned with the strainer with spray cleaner. Also I would do 1-2, 3k oil changes with Mobile 1 High Mileage Extended Performance oil. If the oil is restricted by the Valve being clogged it can produce the same result of noise due to the below. Would be the easiest thing I would try to do 1st.

For some reason I am having problems with pasting the fix link. Look up -
