A/c slowly got worse and then was gone
Our 2014 GS350 has slowly lost its a/c. But it did it quite bizarrely. First the seats quit, then the back seating quit. The whole time we still had good a/c up front. Then the passenger side started blowing warm air and the drivers side is still good. I have never known a/c to work this way. How can that happen? Recently, the drivers side has not been as cold, we are taking it to the dealer for analysis $160. Yikes 😬.

Your car's HVAC servo motors that control the damper doors of the ductwork are in need of being fixed by either reprograming the control module (most likely) or replacing one or more of the servo motor assemblies (see images below). Unfortunately the Lexus Support Program coverage period to take care of this issue expired on January 12, 2022.(See copy of document immediately below)

Customer Support Program response
I had to call customer support to see if they would cover the cost shown in the Customer Support Program. They decided that the program has expired and they will NOT pay for the work. Hopefully it will be the reprogramming the control module as that will be much less expensive.
Thanks for your input.
