Happy Friday!
I just crossed over 102,000 miles on my '18 F Sport AWD. Dealer is quoting the following prices for fluid changes. Do these prices seem about average?
Coolant is $299.95 (I can do a special rate of $245.00 on your vehicle specifically.)
Transmission fluid is $399.95+tax
Front differential is $295.00
Read differential is $295.00
Transfer Case fluid is $215.00

Only coolant is required per manual.
people who did diferential oil change around 100k miles saw that the liquid was like new and there was no wear on the magnetic plug. Also manual doesn’t say to do a change on the awd. The manual only says to change the fluid for the torsen lsd diff maybe it has more friction going on. As of the transfer case this car I believe doesn’t have transfer case fluid change since its integrated into transmition. As of the transmission most mechanics don’t recommend flushing it.
as of prices, well for the coolant I would pay and skip the rest. I don’t see for example how the rear diff with 2 easy access plugs and a quart of fluid would cost that much.
