Default Noise from left inner fender after hit a road curb - please help!

I accidentally hit a curb when turning left at an intersection a few months ago. The first problem I discovered was that the steering wheel was a little crooked. I made an appointment with the dealer to do a four-wheel alignment. After that, the steering wheel problem was solved, but I found that when the car turned at low speed, There was a squeaking noise in the left fender, which is especially noticeable when reversing from the garage and turning left or right. Sometimes there is also noise in uneven places on the highway. I sent it to the dealer for inspection, and they checked and told me that they did nothing wrong and nothing wrong with the suspension and shock absorber. It may be that something in the fender is cracked internally and needs to be welded, which costs about 3K US dollars. As a few months have passed, the noise has become less loud. I can still hear some noise when turning at low speeds. Does anyone know this? Will the problem affect driving safety? How to repair it?
Thanks
