Do I purchase extended warranty for 2020 Lexus GSF?
I am looking at purchasing a 2020 Lexus GSF with 6000kms on it. It has factory warranty until 2025. I called Lexus to see how much extended warranty would be, they quoted $4650 CAD for a warranty that goes up to 2029 and up to 120,000kms. Is this worth it, is there something on the car that may fail and could be costly that I need the warranty for?

Don't put $4,650 in the bank. That's advise for a $19k car with 80k miles and 7+ years old.
The Servo issue, Vac pump, Valley plate leak and so on. If you are using a bank or Credit union see if they offer a Service Contract or shop the web for one yourself. I would want one to at least US 120k miles, or more miles coverage. For the price you are paying for a 2020 GS F, a good Warranty cost should be a drop in the bucket.

Probably better asked on the GS F forum. They'll have some solid input I'm sure.

I think this is one of those personal questions that ties a lot into ones risk tolerance levels. Personally my goal is to have a good warranty on the car until it's paid off, I don't want to be making car payments AND have to drop a couple grand on a repair. Once the car is paid off I don't care quite as much because of the money I'm saving by not having a car payment. I'm not big on extended warranties on most things in general but I did do one on my '16 GS because the CPO warranty was only going to cover things for a couple of years.
To me, these cars have some very expensive things that may go wrong or they may not so the warranty is a bit like insurance against the unknown.
Others you'll find generally never like extended warranties and will tell you not to do it.
That price does seem a bit high but maybe a GS F is higher than a GS 350 or maybe they've just gone up in general. I negotiated mine down when negotiating the over all price of the car.
And as JDR76 said - probably good to ask over in the GS F forum too.

Based off the rate of labor and the economy, I'm guessing the price of today's repairs will be more expensive 6+ years from now due to fewer mechanics coming into the field.
From a money standpoint, you end up beating any inflation ... Front timing cover is gonna leak eventually ... easy $1-2K today .. never mind 5 years from now. Labor on all 4 struts is $1500 today parts are another 1$k from the dealer. Sunroof seal is guaranteed to go bad.
If you have the money and its a genuine Lexus warranty, negotiate it down as best as possible.. but it's a no-brainer.

There's only one Toyota/Lexus I'd buy an extended warranty for, the LFA
We've seen 400K mile ISF's. The cars are bulletproof and not that expensive to fix.
