I have had 4-5 different sets of tires on my GS350. I now have 51k miles on it. Two set I kept for less than 1.5k miles and sold them cuz I hated them. I have a Lux (18' factory) but upgraded to 19" F Sport rims and now 19" RC F rims, thus the reason I have switched tires so much.

Here's my experienced advise. If you are running 18" rims go with the P7 A/S plus 3. All around ride, noise, wear, plus value, they beat the Michelin on all 4 and more. When the P7 starts to wear a bit, it's way better in the rain than the Michelin. If you look at honest reviews this including fast wear is the big downside with the Michelins.

If you are running the 19" and want to keep the handling sharp nothing even comes close to the Advan. The ride, quietness, wear and handling are just plain way better than the Michelins. A few years ago for a long time I was nothing but a Michelin buyer. Times have changed and so have the P7 and Advan. I also experienced this with my ES350 which was a mini boat with small tires. The P7 was the best tire I ever ran on the ES350 U/L with optional 18" wheels.

Thanks everyone. Definitely getting the Pirelli’s again, I’m just hunting down the best price now. Seems all four with installation and balancing run right around $1,000 from any local tire place. With holiday specials and Pirelli’s rebate I’m hoping to get them below $900.

Ended up going with the P7 Cinturato All Season. Appears that they’ve dropped the Plus/Plus II/Plus III nomenclature. I’ve put around 500miles on them and tested them in some fairly deep snow today and am very happy, they handle just like my original P7 Cinturato All Season Plus from late 2019. Quiet, stable, no vibration or thudding sound, and great in the snow.

Does anyone know of any make & model of tires that is softer and quieter than the Pirelli Cinturato P7 series?
Does Continental make anything softer and quieter?

A few years ago, I did try Michelin Primacy 3, but they turned out to be a harder compound on soft baggy sidewalls, but the harder compound would thump and drone compared to the Cinturato P7's, hence I got 30 days money back guarantee back to Pirelli Cinturato P7 series.

That new Goodyear Assurance Comfort is suppose to be that tire. The rating were very good on them also. I just don't like any Goodyear tires myself. They always seem to wear uneven, no matter how much you have alignment, rotate and balance.

Thanks for that.
I will check the Goodyear Assurance Comforts out.

Interesting.
For outright comfort, the Pirelli Cinturato P7 A/S Plus II is still king, and even better than Cinturato P7 A/S Plus III, with Michelin Primacy Tour A/S coming in between.

The Goodyear Assurance ComfortDrive is up there, but the average score of 8.5 is only as good as Pirelli Cinturato P7 A/S Plus III.

The original Pirelli Cinturato P7 A/S - for comfort - has fallen way behind.

The P7 Plus II I read somewhere was revised to the Plus III for better handling in the rain and snow. I honestly don't put to much into Tire Rack averaged reviews because they sell tires. Company's also tweak reviews and sometimes don't put negatives reviews as their option. Believe it or not Amazon withholds many negative reviews at their digression to reflex more positive percentage of reviews for certain items.

I have run 2 sets of the P7's Plus II's and the Plus III also. I could not tell any difference at all? There are lots of honest reviews of all those tires in many forums right here on CL.
