No beeps or light flash when locking.
I have no beep when unlocking or locking, also no headlight or tail light flash. The vehicle settings on the set up screen I believe are correct as they were when the signals still worked. I have new batteries in both remotes. Sometimes a muted beep occurs when car is locked. It is never present when unlocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With previous cars that I've owned, if there was no beep when I locked the doors, it usually meant that one of the door lock actuators had failed to lock a door. It would usually happen intermittently at first, but eventually the actuator would completely fail and need to be replaced. If it were me, I'd check to be sure that all of the doors are locking properly and go from there. Good luck!

@rk1972 - Your LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings) for Door Lock/Unlock Feedback (Lights & Tone) have been turned Off - changed from the default (Standard) factory setting.

Thank you bclexus. I had to repeat your instructions for determining if feedback was on/off. Each time the emergency light flash indicated the warning was on, but I had to repeat the system on-off several times before the beep-lights would work. I now hear a beep and light flash when locking-unlocking doors. HOWEVER, when I touch the door handles to unlock, 3 doors unlock with a beep, the drivers door does not beep. It unlocks, but there is no beep. It is a much better situation than I had before. Thank you again.
