Yes I was able to find one at a great price. Looking at the switch it is not as easy to use for other purposes as I thought being it's rubber with a very tiny contact. If I had the plug in connector, it would be easy to wire in. Soon I will figure a way around to make it work. If nothing else I can drill that one without destroying my original one. I'll take some pics sometimes this week of it and the switch taken apart.

If it looks like the connector mentioned in post 20 of the linked thread for brake hold retrofit, then it should be 90980-12551. Then you can use the pins used for the fog light mod (like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/191328057918 ) to wire in. It looks from post 34 that the pins you'd use are 4 and 7. And from post 34, pins 1 and 6 if you wanted to illuminate it for some reason.

So the connector just to get a 12v power break as to be a momentary switch is more complex than I thought using the Brake Hold button. Likely the board is use to transmit signal to a Brake Hold ECU. Without having a schematic of the board I have to figure another work around. If I can find the male pin connector that goes in there, I could likely test for contact/no contact on some wire with a meter. But I don't have that connector. I briefly looked for one, but only found a possible, or not one overseas.

The other though I may work on is, to take my standalone momentary button, and some how rig it behind the factory button where the white plastic + cross is, that then contacts the Gold electrical contact to the board. In other words use the front break hold button push to just manually push the aftermarket button behind it? Much more difficult than I thought to wire in. Not impossible but still. Just like a Lexus. lol!

Taken apart Brake Hold Button switch.

8 Pin Connector????

Ok then yea it looks like it's this connector: https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/...980-12551.html

And the pins are https://www.ebay.com/itm/191328057918.

Link to Toyota doc: (Google "rm06hoe", it'll link to a Toyota EU site, assuming not a copyrighted thing).

From this post 34, you can see that pins 4 and 7 of the satellite switch (brake hold) are the actual switch. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-4th-gen-2013-2020/901269-brake-hold-retrofit-3.html#post10326360

And from this post 20, you can see pins 1 and 6 are for the internal switch LEDs.Pin 1 is positive, Pin 6 is negative. It looks like the switch already has internal resistors so should be able to apply 12V to it directly. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-4th-gen-2013-2020/901269-brake-hold-retrofit-2.html#post10325764

Great progress. Have you tried plugging in the digital cluster to see what needs to be tweaked?

So I guess I had brain fade on the thread with the pin outs right there. I had looked at that thread about 3 times before but at that point was trying to figure out the Hold/Night Vison switch part # new. The parts guy I always use at my Lexus dealer was off for a week and the other guy I dealt was useless in looking for sperate parts like this. He drove me insane with incompetency and wrong parts. I finally soured it used from a wrecked 13 GS450h. Along with the ECU for the Factory Triple Beam ECU, for like only $175 total for all. Point is I then completely forgot that info was in that thread. So thanks for that very much!

That needed plug in connector was the same one I found too but not Toyota brand from a company Overseas. So again thanks for that too! I'm going to order that connector and pin it up. Test those 2 pins and see what I get. Seems like that should nail it. I love Factory look part add upgrades, and this will fit that bill 100%. I'll let everyone know and pics when it's up and running. Appreciate your help much, as I was overlooking in all the aggravation just to add one simple switch button mod. lol! It will also be a nice Mod for anyone else who wants to add factory look button to control something there at their fingertips.

There might be a better site, but I've been using this for looking at parts from other markets but also works for US stuff. Switches are under electrical, then switch and relay and computer. I found it a little easier to use than the US Lexus site.

Are you talking about the Speedo (oops) Instrument 16+ cluster?

If so I sent it back cause it was a F Sport one. Looks like the Lux and F Sport are diff for 16+. Not going to plug it up because the few I read that did it just lit up like a X Mas tree and they gave up. When I find a 16+ Lux one at the right price, I'm going to just send it to these guys. I think going inside the cluster they can made it happen with everything working and no problems, just plug and play. The other problem I though of is that I have 13 RWD 6speed. The gear shift indicators on 16+ RWD are 8speeds. So idk?
