Recently I had Check Engine light that came on my 2013 GS350 (140K Miles). The two codes I am getting is P1170 and P0174, P0302. I can erase them, but they do come back within 20-45 min of driving, and car loses much of a power, sometimes takes forever to gain the speed after a full stop. This is mostly when vehicle is warm, when car is cold it runs perfect. On the highway it is usually normal, all issues come when I exit the highway for local driving. So far, I did 3 smoke tests, to make sure there's no air leak. I also replaced: MAF sensor, low pressure fuel pump, swapped fuel injector from cylinder 2 to cylinder 3, but after some driving, I get misfire again on cylinder 2. Please advise your thoughts and suggestions. I will also keep working on the vehicle and will update with the progress.

Do a swap with the plug, and coil from cylinder 2 to another cylinder. See if it then shows misfire on the new swapped to one. If so you need a new plug and coil.
