Rotors And Brakes

What’s up I bought a 2016 Lexus Gs350 Fsport awd recently and I am now coming up on 36k miles and I want to switch out the rotors and brakes but I am thinking of going with Slotted/ Cross drilled Rotors instead of Oem, what do you guys think and any websites or brands I should look into

I would use any good quality rotor and factory pads. Get the Advics TSB pads instead of the Textar pads.
