@06ls430KTC yes, as @bclexus asked, how are you getting along with your M3LR? I am probably more satisfied with our M3P than any car I have ever owned. And I have been pretty darn happy with most of 'em. Dunno how many people have ever been in a true 10 second car, but you have to experience it to understand.
Here she is, getting cat litter and stuff at Costco!

Not a fan of Tesla's at all. But hate to see ya leave. Congrats on the purchase and enjoy!

Love it! I enjoyed my Lexuses but was ready for a change. Love my wall connector too! No range issues for me either as I don’t drive that far daily.

BTW, the Cadillac is now in FL with me too; so I’m loving having it here!

IMO it isn't worth engaging in the tech until it destroys the environment less than it does to make one.

The lithium refining process takes many tons of material to get a tiny amount, depends on "dirty", 3rd world, "not in my backyard" methods and means to acquire from foreign countries. Power grids are not robust enough for a high adoption rate, and EV batteries store very little energy compared to hydrocarbon fuel.

EV's slot perfectly in the globalist "You will own nothing, you will eat ze bugs, and you will be happy" agenda of a controlled society with 15 min cities, but it isn't viable if you want to maintain your freedom, especially if it is possible to remotely shut down EV's (it is).

@Lanson - I don't think this thread was ever meant to turn it into a politicizing of electric vehicles!

@06ls430KTC - Glad you're enjoying your nice Tesla Model 3! Knowing what Elon Musk has already accomplished I think he has plans to have EV charging everywhere, much like we have cellular coverage everywhere for smart phones nowadays. Remember when people said it would never happen? That is what helps drive Elon Musk!

Whether it was Elon Musk's creation of the PayPal online payment service or him building a $700 Billion Tesla EV carmaker company or his SpaceX spaceflight company (that competes with NASA and might be used to rescue stranded NASA astronauts from outer space), or his Neuralink Corp. brain-computer interface (BCI) chip device that allows people to become smarter and improve their memory - Elon Musk is extremely intelligent, vastly talented, and exceptionally wealthy - also unusually and bizarrely interesting!
