I'm giving up my 2006 IS over concerns about the vapors from the melting dash, or I would have kept well into 20 years (I've been the only owner since new).
I have a 55k 2015 GS on conditional sale from CarMax for the usual 10 days and plan to get a PPI from my local Lexus dealer.
The car was a two owner lease and came with no service records which concern me greatly. Will getting the car into the Lexus database show records if the car was serviced by Lexus or should that show in the CarMax listing?
Are there any areas of concern that I should be focusing upon for a car which might have had less than stellar maintenance? Thanks.

I also just bought a used GS..2014. The Lexus website will show service performed by Lexus dealers. Though it can be incomplete, spend $44.95 for a Carfax. When I picked a car from Carvana they had a 7 day money back guarantee. I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection fhe day after I got the car.
