One other problem to be aware of. If you go up there messing with that hose and it splits, or comes out, you will have a problem on your hands with the water draining inside the car on the floor.

@jgscott - Jamie, You are so right to bring attention to this!
That would be a big problem that is extremely difficult to correct.
It's not what most people - with the exception of @eddie420 - are comfortable doing - digging into the dash and the interior

This HVAC Evaporator Drain Hose Clog Prevention 'Spider Nest' Insect Tip is recommended by many Toyota and Lexus dealers' service departments.
Arinix® Tip Installation
Some vehicles in certain geographic areas in the United States may exhibit a condition where the HVAC evaporator drain hose has become obstructed with an insect nest. An insect repellent drain hose tip (ARINIX® Tip) is available to help minimize future occurrences of this environmental condition.
In the event a drain hose is clogged by an insect nest, such as certain species of spiders that are present in the region, water can intrude on the interior of your vehicle. This can result in a repair bill in the range of $4,000+ to remediate mold caused by sitting water.
(ARINIX® Tip) - $30.00 + tax
*Pricing is for 2018 model years and newer various Toyota & Lexus models. Installation of ARINIX® Tip does not guarantee prevention or warrant against insect obstruction. It is a preventative measure that has shown to be effective in testing.
@charley95 - I just returned from driving about 4-5 miles in 101° temperature with about 48% humidity and pulled into the garage. I looked down and immediately thought about you!
This is what I typically see of condensation - just a drop or two of water, and totally evaporated in less than a minute...
Thanks BC! After a drive yesterday with a/c running I experienced about the same amount underneath as this photo. I think I'll leave well enough alone since the system performs normally.

Chances are better than good that condensation water coming from the A/C evaporator drain actually drips onto hot/warm drivetrain components (e.g. transmission) or hot exhaust components - with only a little remaining water that actually drips onto the ground.
Accessing the A/C evaporator drain as displayed in the attached TSB L-SB-0016-10 pdf is not an easy task!
The ability to literally put eyes on the A/C evaporator drain requires:
An under-hoist stand to raise the rear portion of the exhaust pipes, removal of exhaust O2 sensor wiring clip and harness (being careful not to stretch the harness wire), removal of the 2 bolts between the LH/RH exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe (which may be very difficult to remove due to corrosion/rust), removal of the transmission cross brace, removal of the shift linkage nut to move the shifter linkage out of the way. Then, once the drain is located and can be touched, the drain line grommet needs to be removed without disturbing the surrounding foam on the cabin side of the undercarriage metal paneling.
Then, the process to replace/re-install everything can take place - replacing the shifter linkage and shift linkage nut, replacing the transmission cross brace, bolting the exhaust pipes back to the exhaust manifold, replacing the O2 sensor harness and retaining clip.
If the GS 350 is an AWD model, the Front Propeller Driveshaft Assembly must be removed and then re-installed...
It's not a job that even capable people with the right tools would care to tackle!
