I hate dust! I'm adverse to any dust on my dash cover, instrument cluster or the console. Even one particle of dust in sunlight stands out and gets my attention.

Specs of dust on a dash!

I also don't like having a dirty windshield, inside or outside. And I don't want to see any debris on my black floor mats.

If i had to choose, I'd rather the exterior be dirty than the interior.

And, I won't park anywhere near other vehicles.

I'm not obsessive to the point of keeping the glass immaculate, but I absolutely hate when there's something in my vision. I especially hate when a small leaf or flower gets caught under the wiper and leaves a streak of water right in your vision. For the most part, though, I keep the windshield clean enough so the water beads off.

I'm really picky about my tires having the same air pressure after sitting overnight in the garage - and usually within 1 psi when driving.

And I prefer to have about 2-3 psi over the recommended tire pressure. I'm at my local Discount Tire tweaking my tire pressure every 2-3 months.

All of the above.

#1 is parking far away from other cars. But if I don't watch, some dumb azz will still park with 100 open spaces right next to me 50 yards from the store entrance.

I almost forget. I don't like seeing my fingerprint smudges on the rearview mirror I sometimes get from pressing the buttons to open the entrance gate and garage doors. So, I have a microfiber towel in my door pocket to take care of that.

I have to admit it's rather taxing being a neat freak and thinking all the time about what needs your attention!

Proper maintenance and not just the engine.

My biggest concern is always curb rash. I'm super careful to avoid that.

Second is dust, whether that's on the exterior or interior.

I'm super OCD about all 4 tires being the same pressure. 36PSI in the summer cold and 33PSI winter.

I find it odd that according to the poll there is more interest in having clean tires than having clean wheels.

And very few care about a clean dash and instrument cluster or floor mats.

I just love seeing a lot of sand, grit, mud, yuk and grass on floor mats.

Maintenance would be my #1. But cosmetic wise, it would be paint. Had my rear quarter panel repainted and match isn't perfect, bugs the hell out of me every time I see it.

I just don't understand why so many people park far away from other vehicles?
