1. GS (Premium, Luxury, or F-sport): 2015 GS 350 w/Premium and Cold Weather packages, Lexus CPO w/53k mi.
2. Color exterior/interior: Deep Sea Mica/Flaxen
3. Nav or No Nav / Mark Levinson or No ML: Nav/No ML
4. RWD or AWD: AWD
5. Dynamic Rear Steer or no DRS: No DRS
6. Planned mods?: Tinted windows, WeatherTech Rain Guards, grille came w/chrome delete, considering chrome delete for fog lights and depending on the look after the first 2 mods listed, possibly chrome delete for the side window trim. Also considering RS Down springs & upgrades to the stereo.
7. What other cars were you considering? What did this replace or add to?: Considered similar year CPO ES350 if I could find one in good shape w/Panoramic roof and preferable color, (I don't like the brown interiors models either). Also was looking for a 2019 or newer Toyota Camry XSE V6, (Very few available). Replaced a 2002 Toyota Camry XLE V6 w/300k+ mi. Desert Sand Mica/Taupe. Adding to 2013 Toyota Corolla S Magnetic Gray Metallic/Black & 2017 Toyota Corolla SE Galactic Aqua Mica/Black, (In background of 1st image).

Thank you! It feels great to be here and I've been reading up for the past 2 weeks. I purchased the GS on November 19 and drove her home the next day. The Camry was a beast. The best car I've ever owned and was still running strong when I traded her in but, with all those miles it was time. I've always wanted a Lexus and I had been looking for months. I began looking at ES 350's preferably with the panoramic roof but, the more I looked at the GS 350 the more I liked it. In the end, it came down to which car that met my needs and was well taken care of became available first, and it just happened to be this GS 350.

  • 2015 GS 350 Base - Starfire Pearl / Black Leather
  • Purchased L/Certified at 35,000 miles
  • No NAV or Mark Levinson
  • AWD
  • No DRS
  • No modifications planned—it's perfect already.
  • Looked at the 2022 ES as well as the BMW 330i and Audi A4. This is my first new car (first sedan, too) in two decades—it's replacing a Jeep that's still going strong with the 4.0L straight-six. The engine won't die, but the rest of the vehicle is showing it's age and starting to require more and more maintenance. The Lexus is an absolute pleasure to drive and I'm looking forward to owning the car for many years to come.

Hey all,

New (to me) Lexus owner. My first. I've had Toyota's for years, I think 8 in total and I'm loving the 4th gen GS350.

I hope to learn a lot from y'all!

Here she is (a bit dirty from winter in Ohio). 2013 GS350 F-Sport (67,000 miles). Just took these earlier this evening. I've only had her for a few days.

1. 2013 GS 350 F-sport
2. Obsidian/Black
3. Nav / Mark Levinson
4. RWD
5. No DRS (pretty sure)
6. Planned mods? Not many at the moment—I'm still giddy that I'm getting it. I like fog lights, and already watched a YT video of dude installing fog lights onto F-sport. So, I'll probably do that.

7. M3, E43, glanced at Q50 Red. Having owned and loved an MB E350 Sport (not AMG) I just can't take the anxiety that comes with the German experience, e.g., random, expensive, difficult to diagnose problems and I feel like they're total ticking time bombs after a lowly 100K miles. RWD was a must for me, so Acura was out. In my limited experience Infinity is better than the BMW/MB for reliability, but not by a huge margin. The GS seems like the perfect combination of features/reliability/driving pleasure, especially compared to the teutonic options.

It's not in my garage to go stare at yet... so I keep staring at the pics. It's borderline obsessive/compulsive baharior, LOL.

@mtucci3 Wow, that looks fantastic! Congrats! It must hide dirt well because it looks pretty clean in the pics.

Default I love my car so far - 2 months owning

1)2013 GS 350 F Sport
2)Nebula Gray Exterior/Flaxen Leather Interior
3)Has Nav but not updated or necessary as I live on a tiny rock
4)Rear Wheel Drive (worried about tires/brakes in the future . . .)
5)Rear steer I have no earthly idea - handles great
6)No mods - considered throttle controller but didn't, possible tune but it seems benefits are minimal
7)Replaced 2012 Volvo S60 - had been looking at camry/crv/accord/acura tlx

Thank you! She was mint when I picked her up in Chicago last Saturday. This was about 300 miles later. It's now 1 week later and I've only driven it once hahaha.

Nice! I’m no geography expert, but hiw did you get from Chicago to palm trees in 300 miles, lol?

Please disregard my dumb question. I was looking at the post immediately above yours, and there are palm trees in the pic.

Did yours come with summer tires? If so, how did they do in the Chicago cold?

Congrats again!

Welcome to the club! Looking good. One of the hot colors when it came out. This design has aged well imo.
