Been meaning to say hello. Actually registered initially in 2013 after seeing a pic of the Wald GS. Finally got mine a couple weeks ago and love the car. Except the voice recognition. It is driving me insane.

A few pics

Curious if you have tried the "Train Voice Recognition" feature. I haven't done it on mine as I have good luck with the voice recognition as it is, but if it's not clearly understanding your commands, you may want to give it a try.

MENU > SETUP > VOICE > TRAIN VOICE RECOGNITION

Default 2015 GS450h - Wow!

Just purchased this 2015 GS450h. Great car. Far exceeds my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and, believe it or not - great gas mileage. Just about 1,080 miles so far.

One question: The car's specs says it has PCS (pre-collision system), but, I can't for the life of me figure out where it is, or how to turn PSC on/off. I've looked everywhere. Am I missing something?

PCS should always default to ON when you start the car as I recall. The switch is way down below the steering wheel.

Default Thanks!

Thanks for your helpful reply!

I didn't know if PCS was ON by default, or whether I needed to turn on the dynamic speed control (and get the "radar ready" indication) for PCS to be ON and working.

I;ve looked for that ON/OFF button around the steering column, but haven't found it yet.

Anyone: Can you post a picture of where that PCS ON/OFF button is? Really, it can't be that hard to find, unless it's so well hidden?

Finally coming around to introduce myself. Been way too busy with work and travel. We've had the vehicle for about 2 years so far.

1. 2014 GS 350 F-Sport (AWD)
2. Obsidian/Cabernet
3. Navi. w/o ML
4. Intuitive Park Assist, Remote Start, and Blind Spot Monitoring w/ Power Folding Mirrors

No major mods. planned. Ceramic Pro (4 coats). Xpel Ultimate paint protection film applied to full hood, full fenders, full bumper, headlights, mirrors, door sills, door cups, luggage area, and rear quarter bumper. Also, 20% Suntek Carbon tint all around.

You need to look way down at the bottom of the lining for the PCS switch. You pretty much have to stick your head under there and look up to see it. I don't have a picture handy of it on the GS, but here's a pick from my IS that shows the general location:

Hello, everybody. Just got me a 2013 GS350 awd. What are the weak spots? What to expect? It has high miles but looks decent. Thanks!

Just tell us some basics!
1. 2013 GS 350 Premium
2. Black/Black
3. Nav without ML
4. AWD
5. No DRS
6. Planned mods, Adding tinting to the windows, but that is why I am here, I want to know what others are doing
7. This replaced my didn't know if I would make it to the dealership to trade it in 2008 Saturn Aura XR. After months of test driving it came down to GS 350 and the BMW 535. The Audi A6 was a close 3rd.

Drove 3.5 hours yesterday to Chicago for a nice black/black color combination with 15k miles. So far I am loving it!

Looking forward to learning from everyone here, looks like a great community!

Just picked up a 14 GS350 awd Nebula Grey w/ grey interior Friday. Coming from 07 Infiniti M35x and 05 Audi A8L. Not sure what packages it have but it have double pane windows, heated/cooled seats, wood trim, heated steering, power folding mirrors, head lamp washers.

This car has by far exceed my expectations!!! Never thought I would love a Lexus so much. lol.

Only mods will be tint windows, change puddle lights to LED, rims and maybe exhaust.

Lakersfan, for having a 2015 F-Sport GS, you're missing the rear F-Sport badge on the lower left corner of the trunk. Jus thought I'd let you know.
