Welcome to Club Lexus! 4GS owner roll call & member introduction thread, POST HERE!

Hello everyone. I just purchased my first Lexus, a 1-owner 2013 Luxury AWD GS350 with only 20K miles. The car is silver with tan interior. Gorgeous! I have owned many other Luxury cars and I just sold my 2016 Charger ScatPack. It was a juvenile beast, but lacked any luxury. I’m loving my GS so far. The build quality and fit and finish is second to none. I have owned many Cadillacs and a Mercedes but never a Lexus. So far, the car is definitely a work of art and the quality is absolutely amazing. Nicer than any Cadillac I have ever owned, and I have owned many.
Anyways, I hope the car is as reliable as it’s reputation says and I look forward to modding it and starting a build thread soon.
Cheers!

Yes, this I knew but the only issue was there is this one car that I have an eye on with low mileage and for a decent price in the 150 mile radius. Should I be expanding my search? Don't want to drive 200 miles or more for a used car. Thanks in advance.

Yea but remember you’re spending over 20k so 200miles shouldn’t matter I drove to Tennessee from Ga 300miles to make sure I got the best one available at the time of my purchase.

New online car sites have free shipping now. so that shouldn't be an issue plus u have atleast 7 days to decide if you want to keep the car or not.

GS350 purchase
Hi,
I just purchased a 2014 GS350
-Premium
-Nebula Gray Pearl/Ivory interior
-Nav/ No ML
-AWD
-No DRS
-Nothing planned yet.
I didn't even consider buying any used German car. I was considering the Acura TLX, Infinity Q60 14/15 model, 16 or 17 Honda Accord, Volvo S60, Subaru Legacy 3.5.
The car I had before the Lexus was an 05 Acura TL.

New to me '15 GS350 AWD f-sport
Monday, traded in my '09 IS250 AWD after 2 months of ownership for a gorgeous '15 GS350 AWD f-sport in Atomic Silver. ~52K miles but it still smells new inside. Previous owner must have babied this awesome ride.
Appears to be stock. I plan to keep it that way initially. Maybe a front lip, but nothing too crazy yet...my mod plans are for classic American muscle for now.
Initially I thought I had to have the Riviera Red but the AS has really blown me away. In the couple hundred miles I've put on (haven't even filled the tank myself) I feel like this car and me were meant to be.
Stats: black interior, nav, backup camera, heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and prolly a bunch of standard equipment I still feel is 'above and beyond,' rear sunshade...No ML radio.
After some miles and rain so not clean but can hardly tell

Go as far as you're willing to come back without the car. Sight unseen is a slippery slope but 7 day return might ease that worry. They always look better in pictures. I went 230 miles for mine but I'm in the upper Midwest and there's a lot more open space and a smaller selection of Lexus cars to buy used.
