If the GS-F get a blower, the IS-F probably just stay NA the way it is, it just might get 10~20 more hp by unrestricting it on future models/versions. Just look at the AMGs, E55 had a blower before and now the E63 got twin turbos, the C55/C63 never had any boost.

More fuel through tuning is always the best route. I have two turbocharged cars of my own with comprehensive fuel and EMS upgrades. That said, many stage 1 pulley upgrades on OEM supercharged cars involve little to no ECU tuning because the slightly higher boost is within the ability of the ECU to accommodate. More serious pulley upgrades with larger injectors will require, IMO, appropriate ECU tuning.
If Toyota's OEM fuel system for a S/Ced GS-F is as generous as it was for the Supra turbo, for instance, with 550 cc injectors (considered huge in 1993) and the famous Supra turbo Denso fuel pump, the car will accommodate more boost and power than it is nominally rated for. The Supra was rated at 320 bhp and it is commonly known that the OEM fuel system, in good operating condition, will accommodate 500 whp. This is 83% more capacity than the system is rated by Toyota (assumes a bone stock 6MT Supra in excellent condition will make 300 whp).
It would not surprise me at all if Toyota's penchant for overengineering its high performance cars (especially with Lexus' reputation for durability and reliability) resulted in a car with a performance envelope much bigger than the factory ratings would lead one to believe.
Agree about an NA IS-F. That would be the way I would handle it, but it's not clear, to me at least, whether Lexus believes the more expensive F cars should be higher performing (setting aside the LFA). I think the GS-F should be a better performer than the IS-F, but I am not sure the GS 430 was a better performer than the IS 350; hence, my concern. Do you have any more insight into this topic?

They won't put a LFA V-10 in the GS-F for one main reason.....the horrible gas mileage it would get. The V-10 in the LFA is like a Ferrari engine....its a small, lightweight, low displacement engine that revs to high heavens.....and gets about 13MPG. So yeah, V-10 not gonna happen!

I'm thinking the GS-F will come in at about 70k, maybe 75k. The IS-F boasts about a 21k premium over the IS350. This would be about a 23k premuim over the current GS350 and a 14k-19k premium over the last gen GS460. This is assuming they use the 5.0 from the IS-F and maybe strap on the Eaton supercharger they use on the 5.7 V8. IIRC, it costs about 4.5k

Yeah, I was counting the F-Sport accessories on the regular 350. And not necessarily 550hp, 500 would be fine if weight was kept moderately decent.
