I know most of you guys will disagree but given the huge wheel wells on this car 22's are much better suited with a drop vs 20's. It will just take one trendsetter and go against the grain and I promise everyone else will follow once they see this vehicle done correctly, just like everyone did with the ls 460. To bad it won't be me because I'm broke

I agree. I am waiting for TEIN springs to come out. I've had S-techs on four cars so far and they ride great. I've already contacted them and they are supposed to be working on them. They have a development center in California. (Downey, I think?) Hopefully they will bring out their springs soon.

Hey guys, FYI, 20's or 22's will leave the same space in the wheel well. The tire vs wheel will be the same diameter. The diameter must be the same for the specs of the car, otherwise they will throw the computer trip etc off which will affect the car. This is why there are very specific specs per tire size for each vehicle. It has to match OEM almost perfectly.

If even an 500+ hp M5 doesn't go larger than 20s, 22s on a GS350 will definitely ruin performance.

even with 20s you are losing performance already....
and yes, staying diameter is the key. but when 285/25/20 is already the "spec" size, how the heck are you going to keep spec with 22s? 285/15/20? i don't even know such tire exists... ppl i know with 22s on gs, they have to run overspec coz' the wheels are just too big

It's not about trendsetting but what is proportional.
