Don't want to come off as a "hater," but some of you seem like you're forcing yourself to accept the styling because, well, it's a GS, and you really, really want to like it. Hell, I did, too. Been a huge fan of the line since the first model in the '90s. But holy hell, this 4th gen design is ugly and bland (yes, both).

I have not seen it in person, so maybe I will change my mind as some of you have. I would be delighted if this happened. But I'm not holding my breath.

If the car simply looked good, there wouldn't be so many Lexus fans telling themselves they're "warming up" to it. It would just look good. The End. Like 2nd gen when it launched. Like so many other cars.

I love the new design. But maybe its just because im young.
The 2013 GS has been garnering a lot of attention at our dealership. We are even having loyal BMW and MERC customers buy in, so it has been successful.

I'm lol that the last 3 guys to post had names

Compass

Pretty cool!

Compass I think you make a great point, like as Aston Martin is just beautiful. Its just such a big change for Lexus a brand that IMO always had classy styling that is now going super aggressive with the face.

What I really have noticed is people that never liked Lexus styling before really seem to like the new face, they think its bold and is attractive where they never liked Lexus styling much before.

have the GS4 F-Sport AWD , don't think the wheel gap is an issue. the car is still hot.

We have an f sport AWD too. The wheel gap seems to be the most common comment.

i dont get why lexus cant have AWD with reasonable wheels gap. My buddy has a c class 4matic with sport package and there is like a finger of wheel gap....my gs, I can basically fit my whole fist in there.

The pisser with the new GS is that I can't configure it with the combination of exterior/interior color and option package(s) I want. One of the options forces you out of the blue color I want.

I suppose I can live with the V6 (as quick or quicker than my GS 400, but will never sound as good!) but if I can't option it how I want, it's a deal breaker for me.

I want a GS 450h F-sport. Can have in Europe. Not here. I don't want bamboo ****ing wood either, just b/c I want a hybrid doesn't mean I can't kick your *** and I don't smoke Padron cigars and I am some liberal hippie.
