With that update: Invoice is about $53.5K with Dealer Cost around $52.5K.

So for them to sell it to you for $50,900, and then another 1,500 off seems a bit odd.

Do you work for Toyota?

Did you get hosed on a trade in?

Just want to help make the numbers make sense...

Invoice numbers are correct.

I'm curious now too. What type of trade in did you get?

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for posting their purchase price and related information ( including you Faifai but don't let it get to your head), I couldn't decide between the GS and the BMW 535 but I decided to get my fourth GS. I have owned each generation and I still have a 3rd (2006 GS) with over 140,000.00 milles.

I am picking up the following car tomorrow:

GS 350 AWD
Nebula Grey with Black Int.

Base $49,450.00
Luxury Package with CWP $6,090.00
Nav $1,735.00
Parking Asst $500.00
Remote Engine Start $499.00
Blind Spot Monitor $500.00 (A MUST!)
Accy Package $242.00
TOTAL MSRP $59,891.00

Price (for lease purposes) $56,192.00 (invoice)
LESS
Conquest of $1,500.00 (wife has a bimmer)
Performance Drive credit $1,000.00

Monthly payment 696.41 (used MSDs to get money factor down to .00128) and includes NJ tax. I am not paying anything down.

15K a year

TAKE THAT FAIFAI!!!!

UPDATE: I was able to get the money factor to .00118

Hey Faifai, check my numbers on the money factor . I am using the maximum number of MSDs to get from .00190 to .00128. Another person went from .00190 to .00111. What am I missing?

Reading these posts, it appears that most, if not all, of these documented deals are for leases. I paid around 1k under MSRP for a F-Sport at the end of February in Southern California. At the time, I figured the car just came out and I would not likely do better. It was also before I started reading these forums, unfortunately. I now think I may have over paid. This is still about 2k over invoice. Has anyone purchased, not leased, a 2013 GS at or below invoice in Southern California?

I paid invoice on my 4GS Premium in early March up in NorCal.

I then applied my GS Performance Drive Credit of $1k resulting in a net Invoice less $1k.

I had offers of $500 under invoice for a cash purchase of an F-Sport from two SD dealers. When I asked a third DS dealer if he could meet or match those offers, he told me I had lost my mind!

I negotiated the price of the car first and then introduced my trade in into the deal. I traded in a 2004 TSX with high mileage. The KBB trade in value is listed at $6700-$8300. I took my car to Carmax and they offered $7200 (I didnt take this offer since the tax savings are greater when trading in the vehicle). Other Lexus dealers offered $7500.

So, the dealer came back with an appraised value of $5,000. I told them straight out they were disrespectful for even coming back with such number. After all was said I took $7000 for my trade in. So, the final deal was $50,900-$1500 (conquest)=$49,400-$7000 (trade in)=$42,400 +tax, dealer fee, tag.

Purchased for $200.00 over invoice, no rebates or credits - So Cal.

Others here have done better than that. While I'm certain I could have gotten it down to invoice exactly, they did me right with my trade-in so I let it go. This deal was done in person without any prior e-mail negotiation. It was funny though, to see the sales guy act like he was choking when my inital offer was well under invoice lol.
