Price thread - what kind of deal did you get?
#436
Still undecided between the F sport and a lux AWD. From what i can tell there is very little difference in the AVS and bushings, suspension between the AWD models. It almost comes down to cosmetic appearances, as the pricing is almost identical. The Lux does have better leather, 18 way seats, AFS lights, fog lights, rear heated seats, and 18" wheels with better tires for all season compared to the 19" bridgestones and of course the ML. the F has the rear spoiler, front grill and the other F sport items and can also now pretty easily get the ML, but for 85% of my driving, highway mostly with a few nice curves, in sport plus I am not sure there is a noticeable difference. I do like the all leather steering wheel better than the wood.
My question is, there is a discrepancy in the pricing between Truecar, Edmunds , and KBB that each price the options separately and Lexus.com that has a Luxury package for $10645, that brings the price to 60970. But, does this include the power rear sun shade and side shades (i.e. premium package)?
On Truecar all of the items are al a carte and the price is higher at $12045.
Does anyone have a window sticker of a GS AWD with lux and cold weather package, without the HUD and PCS.
The internal debate is F sport AWD with ML in Nebula Grey over Cab, VS AWD lux Meteor blue over Flaxen and linear expresso

The following Monday, the salesperson called me to let me know they would honor the negotiated price, but it was clear that the dealership was going to be unwilling to source a vehicle, as that would eat in to the meager profits. The negotiated deal was only good for 30 days which would have exceeded the lead time needed to factory order a vehicle. Any subsequent (post-30 days) trade-in value offer was not going to be nearly as high as this one. Other non-Lexus dealerships offered trade-in values closer to my expectations ($3,000 to $5,000 less).
I do not believe my negotiated deal would be typical for this region. There are only nine Lexus dealerships spread throughout the state, and the two closest dealerships to my local one are approximately 70 miles away, which makes them effectively in different markets. It is much harder to work the dealerships off one another when they do not operate in the same market.

Is that $3000 out of pocket above paying the taxes up front and other fees? If so, I don't see how you can possibly be getting that deal based on what I'm being offered after a lot of negotiating. Check out my post a few back. Sounds like a good deal especially for an fsport.

- Residual is 65%
I'd suggest doing $0 down payment and use the funds for a security deposit instead to buy down the money factor.
I'd suggest reaching out to your dealer and ask what the "money factor" is. Money factor is the "interest rate" on your lease.

Any good dealers in NYC metro area
Looking to trade my BMW 535 for GS 350 F sport. Any good dealers around NYC area you would recommended? It seems like the price can be at invoice or lower if we have the Conquest credit.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated at I am new to Lexus. Many thanks in advance

So spent extensive time looking and playing with Enform, and the stereo. A F sport AWD with ML is available with a sticker of $60377
Assume 5% off plus $1500 conquest. How does one decide between a lease 12-15k/yr or a purchase? My equity is about 14k in trade that I would take cash payment.
The question is no money down lease plus fees, ( what are the fees with lexus current lease) vs finance 60 month applying trade and another 5k out of pocket.
At 36 months which way am I ahead?
At 60 months what is the equity approx for future trade?

Does anyone have a window sticker of a GS AWD with lux and cold weather package, without the HUD
The internal debate is F sport AWD with ML in Nebula Grey over Cab, VS AWD lux Meteor blue over Flaxen and linear expresso

Most luxury packages do not have heated rear seats. Look carefully at the sticker

It should be around invoice less the conquest. The issue will probably be your trade in.

Just talked to the sales manager of my local dealership and he would sell me a F-Sport AWD at invoice. I think I'm gonna pull the trigger. Should I push for another 500.00 off?
